Is this an automated service?
No — every site is hand-cleaned by me. I look at the code, find the issue, and fix it personally. No security plugins doing the work, no AI scanners.
Can my site stay online while you work?
Usually yes. I work on a staged copy and swap it in. If the site is actively serving phishing pages I'll briefly take it down — we'll agree on that first.
Do I need to give you admin or FTP access?
Yes — only what's needed. I use temporary admin accounts and rotate or remove the access the moment the job is done.
What if it gets reinfected?
Every Emergency Rescue includes a 30-day reinfection guarantee. If anything malicious comes back from the same attack, I clean it again at no cost.
Will Google remove the warning?
Yes. Requesting review with Google Safe Browsing is part of the rescue. The warning typically lifts within a few days after the site is clean.
I'm not technical. Will I understand the report?
That's the goal. Reports are written in plain English. If anything's fuzzy, we'll hop on a call to walk through it.
